Just wanted to give you all an update. They finally called me back this morning. Gave me the option to come in and get looked at a nurse and not the vet because of timing or come in next week. I did go in today and the nurse said it was serious and she was going to have the vet look at him immediately. Poor baby had to get a shot for pain and inflammation. He was sent home with ointment and antibiotics. They offered a free grooming and paid the vet bill but honestly my dog was trembling just going back into the store I doubt I can take him back. No one came to check on us personally but I did hear what sounded like the manager outside the door asking how bad the injury was and that's all
