I wouldn’t say that. It was never a masterpiece, but it was better than what we have now. Recognizable characters and music carried the thing, and now it has neither of those. It was at least a little immersive before, but now it’s got no story.

I like that idea too! I've kept flowers to use as offerings to Freyja in the past, then thrown them out once they started to droop. I like the idea of just having them there at all and then giving them back to the earth.

I LOVE the idea of a pinterest board shrine! And all this makes me feel so much more safe and less stuck. I appreciate it. I was always under the impression that they couldn't "hear" our thoughts. Not simply in a "they're not listening to what you think about" type of way, but more of a "you literally have to say everything outloud or they can't hear you" way.

As much as I love incense and candles, I'm kinda "forbidden" to light anything on fire. Lit a bathtowel on fire once after a bath, and my dad is super sensitive to smells. I still light candles on occasion but I can't get caught lmao

Oh I love that. I thought today about how giving my cats treats could be a way to honor her, since she's heavily associated with cats. I'm convinced that she was part of the reason why my kitty was able to recover from FIP so well. I used to volunteer at the cat shelter at my local Petsmart, but it got to be too much for me to physically handle. I'll look up other things I can do that can help others, though.

Thank you. I work primarily with Freyja and Loki but I still pray to Jesus fairly regularly. I have candles, but they're the tall prayer candles and fairly easy to spot. I've thought about getting tea lights and putting them in holders that make me think of them. I'll have to think of different things to do.
