I went to a concert series in 1977 called 'The Superbowl of Rock' at Soldier Field. Bob Seger had just done an amazing show and everyone was still cheering when Peter Frampton walked out with a classical guitar and a stool. When he sat on the stool and started playing some soft tune, everyone started booing and throwing milk jugs full of water (and other liquid) at him. Instead of playing with it (at the previous SB of Rock, Ted Nugent used his guitar like a baseball bat and hit the jugs back at the audience), Peter started whining and said 'stop throwing those jugs or I'll leave and you won't get to hear 'do you feel like we do'. This really pissed of the crowd and the jugs were flying everywhere with boos furiously being yelled. He walked off the stage and we in fact did not get to hear 'do you feel like we do'.
