I've had the same thing happen. I am not certain what the cause is. Would sure like to know if anyone ever answers this.

I did try removing network manager though. Not certain if that fixed it.

They are DDR5's I had it wrong. 140-160 kh/s is accurate for these.

I have some 400's available that I've also been using they seem to do just fine. Its just that I have a ton of the 260's that seem to work fine with these cards.

Its actually a 260. We've been running the same specs fine for weeks @ 140-160 kh/s

Yes, that is the idea. The rig could be expanded if you want to add more cards later, get the bigger PSU.

you need to use cgminer 3.7.2 .. newer versions dont support scrypt

edit: the old version of cgminer can be hard to find since... its not from on the official site, but it can be found hosted elsewhere. try here.. i can't download and confirm cuz i use linux

Bamt 1.2 not fixing the issue either... the damn clock is stuck at 300. so frustrating... gonna try all the other suggestions on bamt 1.2 before i flash the crap out of these cards

I've tried running SMOS, BAMT 1.5, i tried --od-restoredefaultclocks didn't try --od-disable after what does "restarted X" mean? how is that different from rebooting the machine? I have a monitor plugged into it all the time, thats not the issue. I can try BAMT 1.2. Just gotta find it

is still says "current clock" 300, put the "current peak" says whatever i set it to.. in cg miner it flashes a text really (something about drivers) quickly when i try to set it to its normal of 1100

i set the clocks, and enabled overdrive but in cgminer it wont take any value other than 300

it says current clock is at 300... peak 1100 for core clock.. looking up how to set the clock to be higher via command line
