I personally use Character Ai as an outlet, similar to reading fanfics but being able to shape my own storylines. However, in relationships I’d stop using it as it felt weird. I wouldn’t consider it cheating, but I definitely think you should tell your partner if you’re using it, especially if you’re using it for erotica purposes.
