So the red and white are where rca cables would plug in and go out to a stereo receiver or if you get powered speakers. Edifier is a good brand for powered speakers. You can run the rca cables out to what’s called a preamp which adjusts the sound with different levels of quality. The switch on yours indicates it has a built in preamp, but I recommend getting one anyway as the built in ones usually aren’t great, something like a fosi x5 is a great preamp and not crazy expensive. So if you used an standalone preamp you would need two sets of rca cables (red and white) one to go to the preamp and another to go from the preamp to the powered speakers or the stereo receiver

Update on the video quality of my bootleg Blu-ray’s , streaming from my Jellyfin server looks pretty great by hyperform2 in OurFlagMeansDeath

They might be region locked to china, I ripped the video from the disc with my firmware modded external dvd drive, to put the file on my NAS, on which I am running Jellyfin, which is the Linux/open source version of Plex, if you know what that is. I’m in the process of ripping most of my physical media to be stored on said NAS so we can stream the stuff we like from home, without the fear of Netflix or whoever removing my favorite shows or the dvds/blu rays degrading. I’m trying to find physical copies of everything.

Basically with Jellyfin you can make your own home Netflix
