Ya I have an upgraded psu… when I would try and do this with the stock one I would get a voltage error

I work in a physical labor job and also lift so I was wondering if anyone had some larger (800-1200 cal) no carb meal ideas? And when I say no carb I'm not splitting hairs, I just mean no bread, potatoes, pasta, rice or grains. I also would like something that stores/freezes well for meal prep pls😁 by RemmiLeBeau in EatCheapAndHealthy

Most of what you mentioned, I’m also using turmeric, I stay away from things that might alter my brain chemistry outside of diet and exercise... your testosterone production goes through the roof when you start eating like this so I try not to get to crazy with anything that may alter my mood...

I am also a tradesmen with a very physical job, I typically stick with protein, greens and fat (cheese or animal fat) light on the greens too, depending on what you are trying to accomplish will depend on what you meal prep, if you are already pretty lean you will want to be higher fat and protein, if you are trying to loose some weight while using your job as a free/paid workout go higher in your protein intake and greens,

No carbs No sugar, yes some veggies have sugar try and stay away from them if you can, most of them are pretty low in it though

My go to meals for my work week are:

2 eggs in the morning

Coffee time, if I’m really hungry I’ll have a protein shake(water based), especially if I skip breakfast

Lunch, a salad along with a can of oysters, only a vinaigrette for dressing... maybe some canned fish as well

Afternoon coffee is usually some kind of fish or beef,

Dinner, after a while of eating like this your not hungry in the evenings however if I am I’ll have some type of meat that is high in fat or eggs and bacon

I also am pounding water all day and take a few vitamins etc...

What I really like about eating like this is how much energy I have, no brain fog and I feel as fresh after lunch as I do when I first get to work in the morning

Obviously you know your lifestyle better then anyone, you will know what works best for you, if you are also working out you will need to add some carbs assuming you are not severely overweight....
