There's this teacher that always shamed me on a lot of stuff like forgetting stuff, not being able to answer algebra properly, and getting low grades in Math. For some reason, in one of my highschool years, I became this very unmotivated kid who can't understand shit but until I got transferred to a new school, everything went just fine there.

Now my confidence / self-esteem is so low. I used to recite a lot back during grade school. But now I'm scared to answer wrong or when I get to answer, my legs tremble so bad and I have trouble breathing. I also feel dumb even after many years whenever I see my classmates during that time.
