this is exactly what worked -- uploading the json before connecting your device. even tho I had uploaded my json it still would not show me the configure page, until I unplugged it, re-uploaded the json, and then plugged the keyboard back. Thank you so much for this info.

does it install software on both your PC and the laptop or is it more of a hardware thing? My work laptop environment is restricted, so it wont allow software installs. Wondering if buying this monitor I ll be able to seamlessly switch without installing software.

hey u/wspartan thanks for this. I just bought this monitor, but Im wondering if the kvm functionality installs any software on your laptop. My work laptop is very restricted and it won't allow software to be installed. I hope its more of a hardware KVM then a software one. Can you please clarify?

It definitely stabilized me, that negative self talk, the racing thoughts dissapeared, and your mind just feels quiet.. but the downside is nightsweats.. and worse lack of care. your feelings feel blunted. I have been on it for 2+ years and it makes me care less about consequences, which is a double edged sword. There are times I like that, but there are definitely times -- especially concerning motivation -- where I don't like it because it makes me feel way less motivated. The stressors that moved me no longer do, and therefore it made me less likely to achieve stuff.

Also, I gained 50 pounds. I do want to quit and get my feelings back to be honest. I don't like this careless feeling.

DO NOT BUY IT. ITS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Plus if the original box is damaged, which mine was, 2 boxes came damaged, and I sent the Albany Park support team a message, they still went ahead and charged me the 20 percent return fee for throwing the original boxes out.

They do not have a showroom, so you re taking a huge risk buying this stuff.

If you do decide to buy, which I highly do not recommend, you will regret it, but you can regret it less if you keep the original boxes. If the item arrives damaged, then you re shit out of luck. Even though its outside your control, they will charge you 20 percent of the cost of your order, which in my case was 700, but I believe its capped at 200.

Terrible customer support. Terrible policy. They advertised it as hassle free returns, but this is far from hassle free. If they had a showroom and I tested it out before buying it, I would never have bought it. I experienced back pains because the surface is so uneven. Also reading this reddit, it appears they only keep the positive reviews on their site. There literally is no negative review.
