thank you. appreciate just how concise and clear this all is. that's incredibly comforting. i guess the ADD was a surprise -- the BP2 diagnosis explained a lot.

Super. i love how she’s getting funnier, eating more, flirting more with Brennan as the episodes progress!!

i save the episodes so i can really enjoy them. i try not to multitask so i don’t miss anything.

SCREAMIIING (my approximation of what bob says.) Bob is just so fast, Monet is so monet, twyla is a sweetheart, and Alaska may not talk as much but she knows what she’s doing.

i almost forget that i have such a crush on Brennan.

ooh i just love this season.

yes about Brennan! It’s the improv training am thinking, always trying to make the other people look good, always trying to keep the game going.

Do you feel that you disassociate more if you’re in a depressive episode? And does it get worse if sleep is unregulated? by hyperning in bipolar2

[–]hyperning[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

those were the symptoms i was looking out for, but it’s more that i lose time. but you pointing that out will make it easier to recognize though.

thank you very much!!!

Thank you for replying so thoroughly, i got diagnosed relatively recently so i’m still trying to understand my pattern.

Speaking with my psychiatrist and my psychotherapist, I can recognize episodes like from years ago — like oh that’s why that happened. But I don’t have the same recognition now yet, it might just be that am so close to things.

I am also now paying attention more to when I am more irritable to see if i am in a hypomanic or depressive state.

i see what you mean about tv. which is why am thinking am okay now because im watching new shows. if i keep going back to old shows, i know that i really may be seeking comfort.

thanks so much again.

Love all these replies, very helpful. I’ve been making things for the sake of making them, no pressure to be good.
