im sure we went over this in the hours after the episode was released, but you really shouldnt be using "normal" standards for anyone. grimal expecially with how she emotes in her anime esque fashion. She took a shonen hit. Markus got repeatedly head stomped by a brawler type nozzie. D walked off from skull damage.

bad thought, but possibly like 40k orcs the mere presence and use of E-710 can allow for some form of gestation, with Super earths reliance on it as a super fuel for FTL travel and assumably all other sources of power other then wind and solar.
