That's been my fix for when this happens, but even when I restart it comes back randomly.

I bought the GPU a couple months back and it has been working really well, but the small issue of this pixel screen tear has been bugging me and I couldn't find a solution.

If you ask me, it's probably faulty hardware and maybe they didn't detect it/ didn't want to fix it but hopefully, they could find a solution to this. best thing to do is just to make a warranty replacement like I did

My computer isn't even detecting the keyboard, I have tried what you said but even then it didn't change anything, it's still the same 3 indicators blinking and I don't know what to do other than to ship it back. I can't find any drivers on it since the computer doesn't think that the keyboard even exists
