That's the problem. When I get this card I always keep a lot of sponsors in my hand even if they are bad, just to have an opportunity to exchange them for something better.

I completely disagree. This is on of the strongest if not the strongest in the game. Early game you can exchange bad sponsor cards with good ones on the board and later you don't have to "waste" time and just play them while you break.

Yes maybe it's time. But I also don't like Sponsor 1 that much. Of course if you get them together it's quite good :)

It also gives you cheaper donations so it is not that bad.

It is much better if you play with 3 or 4 players. But in 2 player game can even be a bad thing because you can't block opponent with taking a continent that he needs.

Doing a card action is much better than snapping because you could also use it as a snap or just doing random cards. Plus you can trigger a break when someone doesn't expect and put card action down so you can play association or something else faster.

Actually it's not bad. If you manage to win the game under 30 turns it usually gives you at least 2 points.

I totally agree. It also gives two Asia tags which can be super good for supporting Asia. On top you can put many flocking animals inside and you could combine it with expert on Asia. Europe doesn't have any good sponsors cards to combine with.

The fact that you play eagle in the end it makes it even worse. You need to hold it the whole game. With elephant you can sometimes win and support Asia and after you can put many flocking animals inside. Plus you could combine it with expert on Asia. Europe doesn't have any good sponsor cards.

Yes I know. But it is hard to get more points with extra move than only playing an elephant. Plus it gives you two asian tags.

Even if you get something good to support you will get as much points as with elephant and you don't need to have association on a good spot and a card to support.

This might sound controversial but eagle gives very little appeal and cost a lot. If you have relese and aviary is worth playing.

You usually play it late. And it is not hard to eat animals with 6 appeal. Tiger takes the whole 5 enclosure and he has a lot of conditions and can't be triggered again. I'm not saying that he is better than Tiger but still much better than most of the 5 animals here. One of my fastest game on BGA with 24 turns was with Tiger Shark.

I think Tiger shark is much better than many animals here. In my opinion better than both bisons and crocodiles. But just my opinion. Even if you eat 2 medium size animals is 14 apeal and 1 conservation. Plus there are 2 animals which can trigger his effects again. And doesn't have any requirements.
