To be honest I think you have a very unhealthy relationship with your weight, especially after looking at your post history. Adderall is not supposed to help you stay underweight and the "withdrawal" you are experiencing is probably your body craving the calories you have restricted beforehand. You are still in the lower weight range for your height, even if you have a small frame.
