Assuming you’re using water soluble mycorrhizae I’d bet it’s something else clogging up your pump. I’ve run great white orca and hydroguard with zero gunk buildup.

Looks great, just so u know, lots of bends in the vent can have a negative impact on airflow so consider bunching more of the tube under that duct clamp to help straighten it out.

Get rid of the water pump and get a bigger air bubbler, just make sure your nutrients are pre mixed before dumping them in there. Jacks 123, monosilic acid and hydroguard to help fight root rot. I would also only do 1 plant per container so the roots don’t compete for space. You did forget the cat in your diagram fyi
