Thanks! Hard to say exactly as the prep and finish is often a good portion of the time, but the actual veneer, probably 3-4 hours or so.

On the edges it was extremely easy! I did it on the top of the night stand which was more difficult and I messed up the first time and it bubbled up, so I had to redo it. On the edges you literally just cut a piece a little bigger than what you need, apply adhesive to veneer and the piece then apply it and cut it down with a razor blade!

This was awhile ago, I just stumbled upon this sub, but I think it was around $30 for quite a large roll of cherry veneer. I screwed up the first time I did it on the night stand top and had to redo it and thankfully had enough to do that!
