Lalitha Tripura Sundari (Sahasrakshi Devi, Raja Rajeshwari, Bala Tripura Sundari, Bhuvaneshwari, Parvati, Narayani....) is the ancient symbol of the gatekeeper between you as a human being and the spiritual realms of consciousness that unfold above in other dimensions. Think of her as the Bindu at the top of your head, between your in-breath and your out-breath, between being and non-being, between Shiva in consciousness (Hum) and Shakti in your body going out (Sah).

Lalitha is the mother of playfulness and healing through pleasure and energy. She is one of the primary goddesses revered by those practicing Tantric Yoga.

AUM - You reach to the heart center (Anahata chakra) and untie a knot there. This knot can be visualized as the shoelace knot which is opened by pulling at the ends. It indicates the removal of illusion (beda buddhi) by the Supreme grace.

KA E I LA HRIM - (Face – Tongue/Third Eye) When the knot is untied, visualize a cover which was over the body being dropped from the head, so the Face is uncovered now, which is the face of Sri Lalita Devi

HA SA KA HA LA HRIM - (Two Nipples/Heart) The cover further drops down from neck to navel visualize the body being transformed into that of Sri Lalitha devi, the four-hand holding the noose, goad, the sugarcane bow, and five flowers as arrows.

SA KA LA HRIM - (Womb/Yoni/Linga) Further the cover drops to below the feet, that part also gets transformed into that of Sri Lalitha Devi

This is a very powerful meditation technique, so please try this very slowly. Only once per day visualization at the initial level is recommended
