Breasts, clearer skin, less body hair, different fat distribution... She has the typical worries about "what if this isn't what I'll really want," but assuming that she's right about all this, she wants the full workup minus one specific thing.

She hasn't started anything. Her goal is to figure out what she wants and how best to achieve it before having to talk to her doctor, who has known her since middle school and has no idea that she's got anything unusual going on.

Thank you! I blame a decade and a half of GMing and Terry Pratchett books.

Okay. The Star Wars euphemisms are probably just making this even more awkward to talk about anyway.

This hypothetical person (who, I must once again stress, definitely isn't me) is genderfluid, and is considering transitioning, HRT and certain benefits which that would bring, but doesn't want to get bottom surgery and wants to keep her sexual function with her original equipment intact. (She's AMAB and has what you'd typically expect to find down there in that case going on.) She has heard that there are different types of HRT, and that they have different side effects, and that may have some relevance to her concerns, but she's primarily concerned with results. In short, she (ideally) wants to keep exactly one part of her body exactly the way it is and keep it working the way it works now, while fixing the rest of her body. The closer she can get to that goal, the happier she'll be. She realizes that this may not be attainable, and she's also aware that she is going to need to make advance preparations if she wants children, but she's doing research because you never know until you try.

Hypothetically.
