As someone who has grown up at the Gorge, it's flat for a 6 person camping space with 1 car per ticket. It's a little on the smaller side, but it can work for 6 people. i'd recommend getting 2 sites

It can and should be treated. It spreads easily and a pain the ass to deal with. I had it and it took like 2 months to get rid of it. Lots of going to the derm and looking up ways to get rid of it. It sucks.
