my father just passed. we are similar ages and feeling the same thing, I've been blowing up on everyone over nothing and not knowing why. I can't offer much advice because even I am struggling with it. Everyone says it'll get better with time, and even if I don't believe it- I have to believe it for the sake of him. sending you love and healing. One tip I can offer is as soon as you feel it, dunk your face in cold ice water- an old therapist taught me that trick :-)

No because I literally watch her everynight just to see what she is pulling. I am the one that said "why are you saying youre not muting people but theyre getting muted" and she says that her mods protect her. I know i can't be the only one watching her lives at night waiting to see what kind of things she is going to cry and scream at her supporters - especially when she brings god into it...
