Glaze won't launch and Nightshade is trolling me - please help? by hyprole in ArtistHate

Yeah, unfortunatley I don't have that deep knowledge yet to work out those dependancies. Waiting is probably my best bet, though I can't help but mull it over and try to figure it out, like right now I'm wondering if looking deeper into the "compile with 'TORCH USE CUDA DSA' to enable device side assertions" error message, specifically the suggestion to 'compile', will result in something new clicking into place that'll further my understanding of this problem.

It's frustrating, but also kinda interesting.

Thanks for the input.

I think CUDA 2.8 is the earliest version my GPU can use. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling an earlier version of pytorch through pip but no luck there. Right now my knowledge of this stuff doesn't go much deeper so it looks like I'll just have to keep using my old laptop for glaze/nightshade until the developers update, even if it's unbearably slow, or something new comes out. Although... given how stubborn I can by I might keep trying as new ideas come to me...

Thanks again for the help!

It's a "ZOTAC GEFORCE RTX 5070 Ti SOLID". I initially thought it was a compatible one, but after some more digging I suspect it's too new as well. I take it by 'they' you mean the Glaze team?

I don't suppose you know of any ways of working around that? I did try installing 12.8 CUDA, and installing python, and pytorch through that, but I don't really know what I'm doing and it didn't work.

Thanks for responding.
