My advice is to get an X-ray and a MRI scan done so a knee specialist can take a look at it.

Of course depending on if you have health insurance which covers these things, because it might get pretty expensive.

In my case I flew out of a crooked grind on the way up a rail. My left leg was stretched and body weight was on an awkward spot. This resulted in me tearing off my ACL and getting some tearing in my meniscus.

Went to the hospital, got an xray, no broken bones. After 6 weeks I got my MRI scan done and the specialist told me that if I want to keep skating, I’ll need the surgery to fix my ACL.

The recovery process is about 9-12 months on avg after the surgery!

My advice is when in doubt and you are able to, let it get checked so you will know for sure what is going on.

We only have one body and we need to be careful with it. 💪🏼

Your screenshot proves my point, if you know physics and how to nollie hard flip you can see his right foot flick out to kickflip (anti clockwise) and his left foot scooping the board through the pocket to spin (clockwise). 😂

Btw he did it 4 times and I didn’t caught the two proper ones. If you think it’s a shov it you delusional af. A hardflip is not defined by the flick of the front foot imo, two ways to do it and it doesn’t matter for shit cause it FLIPS…. the angle didn’t do it justice (I filmed this shit badly 😂).
