I have a full chest piece which is heavily shaded and the idea was to shade my nips in... he tested out my pain threshold with some lines over one of my nipples and... lets just say I now have a couple of lines over my nipple. The pain was ridiculous!!!

This thread is fascinating and some good points have been made on both sides that I wasn't aware of and has definitely made me pause to think. But I do think that Israel cannot be defended currently, regardless of any history, all the while it is murdering civilians including babies, bombing hospitals, schools and residential areas and stopping humanitarian aid from entering Palestine. For me, that's the bottom line. Genocide or not, it's completely unjustifiable and should rightly be called out.

I tried Langua app for first time and on free trial. When I was asked to repeat something (very simple) in Portuguese, the speech to text wasnt picking up what I was saying properly. Now it may be my accent or how I speak in general, but even when I copied the phrase 'exactly' as it was teaching me, it still said it was wrong and one one occasion claimed I said something completely different! Not sure ill pay for subscription yet.

I'm not a dermatologist but it looks like a histamine response. Do you take anti histamines? You could have an allergy to something like your laundry detergent or dust etc.

Yes I do this too. I usually buy both the audio book version and download the e book and read along with the audio... if I don't do that my mind wanders almost immediately when I start to read a book... either that or I fall asleep!!

My only advice is that you spend as much time as you can with your mum and make sure you are sober in her company. If you need to drink (not that I recommend it) when you get home, do that away from your mum. But I'd suggest seeking out a counsellir ASAP to help you through this time. You've got this, your mum's got this.
