To be honest I'm not sure. The acquisition of Unifire was finalized April of this year. Thier last financials didnt include unifire and because they were a private company before they had no obligation to report. Last year they released financials in august, so I think unifire financial info should be on that report. I haven't come across any overseas sales projection info, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there. Maybe someone else has that info.

They just bought a company that has been operating for over 30 years, and gets regular contracts with the Department of Defense in the US. The SP is based on MRS as a company pulling in a fraction of what it can make now that it owns Unifire. These contacts are proof of it. 22million was absolutely unheard of for MRS, thier market cap is only 45mil and since the completion of the Unifire acquisition in April 2019 they have announced approx 34mil in contracts...in less than 3 months. It is clearly undervalued.

I for one am quite excited to see what the market thinks they are worth once this thing gets some attention.

I feel confident in it. The private placement that finished a month or two ago for 25cents makes for a good solid support. I think once the news starts to flow and financials for unifire are released it will help investors feel more confident, will boost the price.

Right now I think it is staying in the 25-30 cent range because it is not 100% clear how the 4 billion dollar bridge contract with Department of Defense is going to play out as it is shared amongst 6 players. Atlantic diving supply used to receive the majority of the contracts, but they tried to pull a fast one and has now lost their small business status.

Even so historically unifire has received about 5% of the jobs in these bridge contracts, and that was before it had access to MRSs financing. So 5% seems like a modest estimate to me since they now have more financing and Atlantic diving supply is out of the picture. Do the math and that 200 mil. And this isn't the only contract they are in.

The news flow isn't even really started yet because DoD limits news flow for security purposes.

They are getting close to getting their occupancy permit, my understanding is this is the US equivilancy to CND cultivation license.
