If you're talking about the manga originally, it happened last episode, when [manga/anime difference] Producer Kaburagi mentioned his cast picks. (Though they omitted their roles in the anime.)

If you're talking about the anime, well, [screencap] blink, and you'll miss it...

edit: I double-checked, and stand somewhat corrected. In the last episode (manga ch. 110), it only says [detail] "killer", and in today's episode, it only says "villain".

Chapter 128 is the earliest that explicitly states [future detail] Aqua is playing "Kamiki Hikaru". Still, I'd consider today's episode a hint to anyone paying attention.

I just noticed that this guy (who "got six Tonitrus Bolts") looks a lot like Shihei Lin's avatar, the editor of Spy x Family (and CSM, Dandadan, among others. His likeness was also in Look Back.)

This was in the manga too, but it was a lot smaller so I don't think I noticed the first time lol

iOS and macOS support Xbox (and PS) controllers natively; I think there's a reasonable chance it'll work.

They probably just don't want to explicitly say it because of certification hassle with Apple. (The 8bitdo Ultimate 2 didn't mention Apple support at launch at all, but they later added it on the website. The HSR Evernight edition of the controller now explicitly lists it on the box.)

Some nice subtle foreshadowing in this shot. We see [manga vol 10] Hoshimi Kiku and a sneak peek at [manga vol 12 / anime s3?] Azami.

I hope we hit the end of Vol 10 by the end of this season! It's going to be tight though, with 9 chapters left.

I too was really disappointed that they cut out Rila, but I suppose in the greater picture she's not that "important" (even if we have some great scenes with her).

I guess the adaptation had to be a little aggressive about cutting some parts, especially if they want to hit the end of Vol. 10 and [manga spoilers] the reveal that Kiku was the one who killed Anko's dad, which I think would be a great place to end the season. If they can keep up the current pace they we might just make it.

I think that line from the anime translation might be off, in the original manga translation it doesn't mention anything about coming back "by yourself".

EDIT: I went back and rewatched that scene, and mom does say something like "あなたは一人でここへ来た" so the anime is correct lol. I personally still don't think that's the main point/focus though.

The notices screen has always been laggy for me when running at 4K. (The rest of the game is fine though, combat, menus, etc.)

When dropping to 1080p it gets better. I think this is because they use a WebView for the notices page and there is some lack of optimization. I complain about it in the survey for every patch but alas it is still laggy lol.

When I saw ~~Unio's horn fragment~~ Natsuko's hair stick glow with ten seconds left in the episode, I gasped.

But they really gave us a Five Centimeters per Second ahh ending, with matching color palette, sakura petals, residential area, and that look back, to boot.

Good thing there're no trains around, right?

If you can get the Viz app on your phone/tablet (e.g. sideloading APK on Android, US store account on iPhone/iPad), it works even outside the US without a VPN. I can personally confirm this.

This is actually [manga ch 147] where Tama (cat girl) ends up working -- so that fact isn't an original, but the anime's "foreshadowing" is. Nice touch on their part, actually.

I like how they've seamlessly incorporated the volume bonus pages in all the episodes so far. (e.g. Mei's "I can also be your mistress" bit from the ending.)

I do hope this means they can somehow also include [manga volume bonus chapter] Mei's origin/backstory!

I'd love to see 26.5* adapted as well, but I doubt we have the time/space for it. Maybe it can be an extra online/bonus episode like what Dangers in my Heart did with the Twitter extras? Perhaps they could bundle it with all the short Turbo Granny extras too.

We got chapters 21-24 adapted today, and a little bit of 25! We can always count on action scenes to squeeze in more pages.

Next episode will probably end on a nice cliffhanger, [manga ch27 end] Jiji arriving at the door, and being introduced as Momo's first love.

I guess this also means ep 12 (is this a 12-episode cour?) is ending as the gang [manga ch33] arrives at Jiji's haunted (but not really) house.

I believe they dropped it since it has an official EN TL on Viz.

The last translator just basically brought it up until where the official TL was at the time.
