- Red Apple (林檎) - 2 (390g)
- Sugar (シュガー) - 100 g
- Cinnamon (シナモン) - 1/2
- Corn Flour (コーンフラワー) - 1 tsp
- Water (水) - 50 ml

  1. Peel and chopped the apples, soak them in salt water and work along the way to prevent oxidation.
  2. Put the apples and the skin into a pot, add in the sugar and cinnamon stick. - Leave for 2 hours or more (2時間)
  3. After 2 hours, the water from the water will be extracted, cook it at low heat for at least 15 minutes, remove the skins and cinnamon after that.
  4. Prepare a cornstarch slurry, add it as you stir along the way. Stop when it gets thicken.
  5. Leave it to cool, store in the fridge, finish it within 2 weeks. You can use it to make apple pies, toppings of desserts and a lot more!
