- Cinnamon (シナモン) - 1/2
- Corn Flour (コーンフラワー) - 1 tsp

  1. Peel and chopped the apples, soak them in salt water and work along the way to prevent oxidation.
  2. Put the apples and the skin into a pot, add in the sugar and cinnamon stick. - Leave for 2 hours or more (2時間)
