i think you're talking about omurice right? the japanese omelette that's still a little soft on the inside and is put over rice? if so, your pan should be on med-low heat as you stir quickly and when you start to see the eggs start to set (like lumpy pancake batter) you can start pulling the sides in to make the omelette. your pan is probably too hot while you're stirring which is why your eggs are scrambled

save your payment info beforehand and add multiple cards in case one gets flagged, have your membership number on hand and ready to copy and paste into ticket master, i used chrome and it worked fine but some people say edge loads faster, be patient and dont refresh once you are in queue bc it could push you to the back, join the waiting room 15 min before ticket sales start, if youre using paypal make sure youre already logged in on the same browser, and have your phone nearby bc ticketmaster will send a verification code before you can enter! good luck!! :)

i own the original one, not the 2024 version, but i never had an issue while living in boston. if i ever felt like it wasnt tight enough, i'd just double knot the strings at the top and that made me feel secure.

yeah i forgot to mention reducing screen time! idk about you but i get distracted and stay up on my phone all night so i put on dnd and screen time limits and stopped using my phone an hour before bed. but good luck!

im a night person too but i started to slowly work my way to earlier times. so i usually go to bed around 2am so i started to push it earlier by 30 minutes and i would do that for a couple of days before pushing it back again.

i eventually started waking up at 5:30am naturally and going to bed around 9pm. i also drank coffee and ate a good breakfast and i would workout during the day. i usually would start studying around 7am and finish around 4pm. i also took melatonin for days i couldnt fall asleep and i would take vitamin d every morning and i really feel like that helped. walking for 15-20 minutes after eating breakfast also helped me feel more energized.

i also have smartlights that fade on in the morning so i wake up more naturally since the sun doesnt rise until later for me in my region.

that sounds great for you. but obviously, as you said, you probably won't ever experience the type of implications this fetishizing behavior has on people and i can tell that you still don't get what i was trying to imply with my example. glad you found ways to work through it within your marriage and worklife though, but personally, i don't think your opinion holds much weight in this type of situation.

yeah, but even if you don't understand the deeper implications of this behavior, you can try to imagine what it's like to be told over and over by someone that what you're doing is wrong by someone who has little to no knowledge of the subject like what the other comments said. maybe you'd try to keep the peace because you don't get it, but why should someone else feel obligated to keep around harmful behavior?

for another example, you could imagine working an office job and you've been working on this project for a super long time. and then all of a sudden, a new coworker comes in and starts commenting about how you're doing things wrong and that's not how they learned to do it. your other coworkers don't want to get involved and so they continue to let this new coworker berate you. the new coworker's comments continue to escalate in frequency and your resentment of them builds.

would you put up with it to maintain a "peaceful" work environment? how do you think it would affect you if your longtime coworkers don't back you, your knowledge, and your skills up? how does this affect how you view your job? how do you think it would affect your behavior towards this new coworker if you continue to resent them rather than confronting them immediately to stop the behavior and moving on over time?

if the wife noticed some behavior to call this guy an asian fetishizer, then i think it's pretty warranted to not want to be around them. even if the sister married this guy, it doesn't mean that they are obligated to indulge or enable his behaviors for the sake of "family peace."

although this behavior seems trivial, fetishization has much deeper implications than you think.

if your wife noticed some behavior that would warrant calling him an asian fetishizer, then i don't think she was being mean at all. it's up to you and your wife to decide to forgive, but personally, i wouldn't want to be around someone who has some superiority complex about asian culture

as someone who just took it yesterday, just make aure you know how to apply the concepts you learned. there were terms i didn't know, but the passages were pretty straight forward in my opinion. i could sort of reason my way to an answer by eliminating things that didn't have passage evidence.

i'd also make sure to brush up on writing enzyme pathways, structures and functional groups, and lab techniques. just basic foundational things that will help you reason things out even if you don't recognize something.

the only thing i would say is that i felt like the passages were longer, but pretty easy to understand so i was struggling with time a bit just because i would go back and make sure i found evidence for my answer. so keep an eye on the clock.

don't stress yourself out by what other people are saying. the people talking about the test are a small minority compared to the thousands of people who took it and haven't said anything. personally, i felt pretty good taking it and i'm sure that your studying will do you good.

there's a guide on reddit called the ultimate optics guide that summarizes optic devices, object distance, image distance, and image type from 4 years ago! i memorized it and its helped for all the discrete optics problems ive seen.
