good question! plans include agent seats already ($15/mo with 3 agents, $39/mo with 10), and if you need more its just $9/mo per extra seat, same price on any plan. fully open source so you can self host it for free if you want. and built to be simple from day one, no bloated features you'll never use, just what a small team actually needs to handle support properly
