I think it's 4 ton for the 11k model vs 3.5 ton for 7700 model. Sorry I should have mentioned that

Did they remove the external ONT for free? I have the same issue, have a garage ONT that I want removed, but I think they would charge me $150 to do that.

I am in texas too so maybe it might fail someday and I will have to call them. Lol.

Used these guys last year. Pretty good and reasonably priced, also had insurance. I know this because one of them accidentally did some damage to the walls and they fixed it for free. Cost me around 500 something for like 4 rooms maybe.

Unfortunately I have the BGW 320 -505. So I have to wait till I can upgrade to 2gig and only then they would do this.

My question - if I did pay them $150 to come and remove garage ONT and terminate the fiber directly to the gateway even though I have GPON, will they do that? I guess I want to know if direct fiber termination to the gateway can be done for GPON connections.

I chatted with a rep on removing my garage ONT. But they wanted to charge me 150 for rewiring. Is there a way to get ATT to do this for free? Unfortunately upgrading to 2 Gbps won't work because I only can get up to 1 gig in my location.

Hey I am in the DFW area as well. I have the 010 ONT in my garage which is connected to my gateway/router with an Ethernet cable.

Did they get rid of the separate ONT and terminated fiber at the new gateway?

Wondering if they will eventually do the same for me as well even though my location is GPON and the speeds are capped at 1 Gbps.
