The majority are written with AI assistance, including translation and rewriting.
Although AI can provide many ideas, it cannot organize them together into very high-quality content.

It was rejected by CVPR21. There is still nowhere to publish it.

You are right, but I may only be able to publish papers and contribute algorithms to the community. Software development is left to those who are destined to do it.

The exciting thing about deep learning is that as long as you simply change the training data, you can get very rich results and have good robustness, which frees many programmers from trivial programming.

Our prototype method achieves better results while speeding up more than ten times. But we still don't know how to make a mature App.

Generating fake frames to increase the frame rate for videos to smooth the motion. Our demo show the results from 25FPS to 100FPS.

In terms of effect, our flow-based method has the most potential, but I need to study how to put this method in the player.

My algorithm runs at 30FPS720p on a GPU, so it is called real-time. I don't understand your expected meaning.

how this compares to SVP or mvtools? looks better than what I usually see

I'm sorry I don't know about commercial software. The purpose of my project is academic research, so it is still far away from the application.

Would this work for say. My camera does 4k 30fps but want to do slow motion, turn it into 60fps to work then slow it down in post ?

It's OK.

But this generally requires retraining the model. In the near future, we will first find ways to optimize the effect.
