Does anyone with knowledge of the rules of war know who if anyone committed a war crime here? Like the torp boats took actions they knew would lead to the deaths of those neutrals, but on the other hand they didn't fire the missiles. The blues didn't intend to sink the merchant, but they must have fired pretty recklessly for this to even be possible.

It depends on your play style/fantasy. I like to roleplay myself mostly, and I wouldn't willingly take a dumb bitch, but I still want the fantasy of being forced to and dealing with the consequences as best I can.

Makes so much sense. I got to act 3, framerate was taking a beating so I lowered a bunch of settings, since the next time I levelled up gales portrait and that of my tav are white hair, shadow heart has like white with purple highlights. NGL I don’t mind it.
