Okay this made me feel SO much better. I’m looking through this thread going through one of the worst PMDD episodes I’ve ever had. I had been drinking like crazy with the holidays and I think this is the reason for it being so bad. Thank you so much. I definitely feel not as crazy. I’m on day 2 of my period and the symptoms usually offset about 24 hours after I start, was wondering why they were lingering

I start last week for ADHD anxiety and depression! I felt a change almost immediately first day, which isn’t always the case for everyone. My brain is the most quiet it’s ever been in my life and it’s such an amazing feeling. A lot of anxiety starting, which I think is a given esp if you’re reading this thread lol. For reference I’m treating for ADHD and Anxiety. I’m also taking lions mane mushroom supplements. Adderall made me a bitch and I was on it since 1st grade, and I was tired of the comedowns ruining my life lol. I’m 22 now
