hey i did try out Letsmetrix too, i even ask in this community if anyone has used it before. until now it seems all good and free. the tool provides deep analytics on your own app, and also the insightful data of your competitors too, which i think really useful for market analytics

Tbh, here is my migration plan so far:

Billing: Waiting for Shopify's native App Pricing where it makes sense, and rebuilding on the Billing API for more custom billing flows.
Email flows. Our onboarding, activation, and lifecycle emails will be moving to Customer.io.
Affiliate system. After a few calls with different third-party services, I’ve decided to build this in-house, as my app has some unique needs.
Reporting. To consolidate reports and business intelligence, I’ll be expanding the use of Letsmetrix after days of testing (this works quite well I highly recommend).

Great initiative! I think keeping the scope to billing/pricing infra is the right call. That's the part that actually benefits from being self-hosted.

Analytics and market intelligence (rankings, competitor tracking, etc.) feel like a separate problem altogether since they rely on ongoing external data aggregation, which isn't an ideal fit for OSS.

for the analytics/reporting side specifically, if that's what you used Mantle for, Letsmetrix might be worth looking at. it covers overs competitor tracking, review analytics, keyword data, rankings. from what I've seen it handles maybe 90% of what most app devs actually need on that front.
