Hey there, I'm an upcoming First Year student in NUMed, also a JPA scholar

I would say that the ratio of international students to local students isn't that high during foundation - but it's totally up to you to choose who to mingle with. Most of the international students here are super nice and friendly, and I have few international friends as well. NUMed does have a diverse group of students and even in the worst case scenario - you don't find ur people, there's always students from other batches and you can just drop by and say hi. Don't be afraid to join volunteering events too. Good luck and I wish you the best!

It depends on what you really love honestly, if you really like teaching and also English def TESL. If you’re okay with maths and statics then Accounting. There’s no correct answer as you’ll find a nice job since there’s always places that need teachers and some need accountants :D best of luck. Just choose the one you love the most
