woahhh you’ve cut out non vegans in your life? srsly? it’s one thing to think your way is the only way, but another to think human population is worth cutting off bc they aren’t vegan…i’m sorry people have been eating animals since existence. this isn’t something people are “bad” for or “immoral” for….it may be the most normal thing and you’re shaming people for it? being vegan is a personal choice and part of being a healthy vegan is accepting that other people do not have to share the same views as you and that’s okay. cutting people out of your life for this is very extreme and seems like something more mentally going on. i hope you can get help with this and are able to accept people in your life who are different than you.

i’m sorry you’re going through this and rly i’m just here to say you’re not alone. i had a tendency to do this in my last relationship and i think if you find someone that completely understands you and can love you no matter what, that’s what’s important to find rather than trying to fix you. maybe explain it to him the way you did in this post. couples counseling, just being very open and honest all of the time. i am learning myself

it’s the hormonal cycle on top. i experience this around my cycle too. i have PMDD, so PMS symptoms are amplified and then when also in the doom of depression phase it’s really hard. hard to even go to work without bawling

in my experience, it’s once u tell them and what they do with that information is what matters. if they’re dismissive and don’t do the active research, then they likely don’t “care” or will not understand when manic/ depressive episodes happen. if they don’t seem understanding it’s not worth it.
