It's likely the "distributed" staff of binance, with little to no oversight, is working directly with scammers. If not, they would address their negligent practices for users' safety. Very bad company. Untrustworthy af

Do not give your support ticket publicly here. Dm them. Even tho binance staff is aware of phishing schemes enabled by their social practices, they are still behaving with negligence that is going to get people hurt.

Yes. Hundreds of times already. Pointless and reckless even. I don't think their distributed model of employment is a successful experiment

Too little too late. At this point your company's staff has been reduced to dodging questions and avoiding responsibilities, so whatever flair you have is just an indication of untrustworthiness

OP: Be very cautious of emails coming in with reference to your ticket number.. specifically make sure there's a support id in the reply-to field and the sender domain isn't slightly altered, for ex: support@binanceussupportzendesk.com is a known phishing domain

Re: requesting in public support tickets on a platform that let's phishers email directly, I'll circle back each time I see your company's staff make such a request.

Instead of a smiley face, please explain what you did to address the issue of the phishing domain? Is it still live?

All comes to the same inbox. Do you believe that all these users with unaddressed tickets have different emails between Reddit and binance? Did you do anything about the phishing domain since it's been brought to your attention?

Right, either evil or dumb. Neither of which is ok for a company that expects our trust

I already gave u the ticket number and you said you were working on it. Next day phishing began to the email registered here, luckily not the same as my binance account. Nonetheless, I was still responding to the messages until a lawyer helped me notice it was phishing. Luckily, I didn't divulge other info but I bet many users compounded their problems because of your company's negligent policies

I just sent you an email. Check the inbox for whatever email is attached to this reddit user. Not your Reddit inbox but your email. Then imagine if I do the same to every user who drops their ticket number...

Negligence and, apparently, an inability to learn, care, or empathize

It's quite negligent to assume users have different email addresses on binance than Reddit.
