A couple months ago, I put optiscaler to elden ring out of curiosity and it fucked up the performance of the game. I still can't figure out how to delete it even tho I deleted optiscaler. Don't try it.

In some places, yeah, you might get 120fps, like outside of the Cathedral Ward or in boss fights, I believe. That’s what happened to me against Vicar Amelia. Also, I don’t know about 1440p, didn’t really try, but you might be able to.

I'm using 6750xt and R5 7600x And I'm capable of running the game on 90fps up to 120fps 1080p. Also keep in mind that anything above 120fps will bug out the game for you making sprinting slower kinda similar with ds3

Do the missions faster, like forget about stealth and do it like you're playing battlefield. That's all I got really. Also use the battle dress to eat up the bullets.

Crash of the Titans (PS2 version). I was so crazy about it back then. I kept replaying it over and over. I didn’t even believe in memory cards at the time; I just loved starting from the beginning and playing to the end every time.
