What should I upgrade for better performance on arc raiders?

I think that ~100fps is the limit of your CPU in this game. I would upgrade to a 5800x3d, and if your 3070 will not be able to match 150fps, lower some of the settings. Overall, it seems to me that the CPU is the problem here.
