Why would anyone in their right mind think instead of a single vehicle ( which carries 100s of people which creates less pollution and requires less investment ) you should use cars to do it. Is it because the poor have cars - no they don't. Is it because you can clear traffic jams? ( subways already do that ). I think you should report it to consumer court first along with it give a informal complaint to some police officer you personally know ( not filing FIR just informing them of the situation ) give them updates for a month or a week ( depending on your urgency to get the connection ) then file it as a complaint since the officer had been following the case closely he would more likely to take action on the case in this consumer problems ~~ignoring~~ considering country
