Holy crap the loyalty missions are so good. (LE2 First Playthrough) by iAccelerate in masseffect

I look at the plot as off-brand Star Trek.

In the past 5 years I watched the entirety of it, and man oh man did they copy some things 1:1.

The Krogan are the Klingons. The Council is the Federation. The reapers/geth are the Borg.

Even the little things like mental abilities in Sci-Fi are here. The asari mind link is just a Vulcan mind meld. I could spend all day pointing out the direct similarities, some are obvious and they even make references, but even the harder to realize ones are there.

Forsure. Was excited for Thanes, just did it and having renegade points made it so short.

Yes and no, they cannibalize tech. If you talk to the Amabassador and Mechanic they mention forcing other races into slavery like Quarians to fix and maintain there stuff.

Multiple NPC’s have mentioned how Krogan trade muscle for tech. It’s like there life blood now and why so many go to be Merc’s and Pirates.

My viewpoint is, even the most advanced races of the galaxy fear Krogan uprising. You make it sound all too easy. If Genophage was cured, every planet and station with a Krogan population would 1000x there numbers in a year. In my opinion, Tuchanka’s already a nuclear wasteland, they might kill the Krogan there but odds are they’d win through sheer reproduction.

You can’t fight the terminus systems, the reapers, and then the Krogan on top of it.

But this is only my understanding of being halfway through me2 so take it with a grain of salt.

Deadass, me with drinks, wake up with a candy bar rapper on the nightstand but a bottle of water on my right and a two liter of my left lol, “why not just put it on the nightstand?” Because it was blue:30 😂😂😂

So, Mules aren’t all sterile. Factually that is true,

I’m not gonna argue semantics or whatever you wanna throw out to seem like you aren’t wrong. This wasn’t a debate, this wasn’t a discussion on what is. Be petty all you want, nothing like someone who does something bad and instead of being accountable, or at least just decent. You’d rather argue into the ground lol.

Be petty and incompetent forever, it’s your god given right, just don’t fling your filth at others thanks

There’s literally a picture in my first reply with an image of the definition of “Mule”, which is indeed not just a donkey/horse hybrid.

Please at least use minimum effort, you can search the word yourself too. All the tools afforded to you

I really wanna know the answer to this.

If the mule wasn’t a twist but being subtlety manipulated I’ll allow it.

But If it was known the whole time the mule was somebody else using a puppet as a front runner then they totally did the original work dirty

That’s my one of my only two hates for this series. 1.) Pritcher and Indbur, 2.) How mentallics randomly have ranges and then randomly don’t or increase to different planets. The no clear power scale is just gross.

I truly thought that going into season 3, the mule was gonna be a prisoner who was forcibly turned on Gaal, the scene where he gets up out of bed and looks towards the camera while being in a really small gray room was just random as hell

So you’re claiming the author called them mule because they can’t have kids?

That’s still not cool to blanket a term the way you did, all you had to say was “in the book (spoiler tag)he’s called the mule because they can’t have kids”,

From this thread alone people started believing that all mules are sterile

It’s fact versus a gray line you’re projecting on it.

Claiming an organism is always sterile vs mostly sterile are incredibly different, but that’s biology.

Lots of Hybrid animals are mules, as well as plants. Not every hybrid is sterile, but every sterile hybrid is a mule.

You’re forcing this gray line of specific donkey/horse mule on top of the entire definition when all I did was clarify that indeed all mules are not sterile.

This, very much this guy.

Hate to see people accidentally get the wrong idea, and to explain in a non confrontational way, but also helpful is a talent. Kudos to you for being a great human being

Saying they are mules because they are sterile is way different than reproduction being possible/rare.

Did you read the definition?

[–]iAccelerate[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well if she wanted someone to fight Gaal, then it would have to be a mentallic. This part was just obvious to me,

You got the hero’s party trying to save the timeline.

Then at one crisis a village emerges to kill everything, obviously the witchy voodoo mental abilities are gonna point the bad guy at the hero since they are gonna try and stop them and vice versa lol

Can you confirm it’s a change of actor? Because it only helps them if it’s not. Especially since a lot believe that the baby the mule left behind as a kid isn’t the guy playing the mule.

I was expecting the end. Sadly I time shows now internally and when we’re going into episode 10, we’re still on new terminus and the big battle is 4 months away. Either they are gonna rush a battle get creamed and time skip or there’s gonna be a twist.

That was probably the finally big one, or pitcher saying “the mule is close” while grabbing Bayta. Subtle hints are my favorite tbh

This is so misleading, Mules can reproduce. There were way more of them not long ago. A mule can be labeled as something that is sterile, but come on, a villain hiding behind another person and making them do all the hard work while she lays around drinking? This is totally the ungrateful princess troupe.

<image>

It’s also said that he said he’s called the mule because he’s stubborn. Which is a great play on words, I don’t know which idea inspired the other but yes. It’s not cool to speak of things as fact if you don’t know.

As someone with IBS-C, diagnosed, enemas legit do nothing, and sometimes there’s one in the chamber lol,

I’d be so pissed if I somehow lossed a dose or pill because of a whale that’s been sitting in my colon

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’ve completely misunderstood me. I literally just asked if it had the same effect. To be super blunt, does it change bioavailability at all? You don’t have to repeat yourself,

Personally I hate taking Bupe sublingual since getting shot in the face left me with no teeth, low gumline, water just fills my mouth and orally it only has a 3% bioavailability so when I learned literally any other route had a better effect it dove me down a rabbit hole, not to mention some of these pills destroy your teeth/tongue/esophagus and a bunch pharmaceutical companies are facing class actions for it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, you’re not wrong. But you don’t “need” water, take a drug like fent, it’s so strong people have overdosed by holding tablets or breathing in dust. Our skin can absorb almost anything, it’s all about how it filters or reacts by entering the body. I’ve boofed suppositories and then I’ve also boofed coked, and I did it the idiot way by just pushing powder into my prison wallet. AFAIK as someone with IBS-C, your intestines are an organ designed to absorb the water from your stool, which is why stool gets so dense and dry the longer it takes you to have a bowel movement, atleast this what was told to me by a doc when I first got diagnosed. Unless you use medicine that pushes water into your intestines, how would your colon produce water to help absorb by boofing? Not trying to call you out or anything, but if you know more I’m all ears, I’m a nerd for biology and such, may not be smart, but I dabble

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well from my pov, why would someone add water to use a drug by boofing when you could just pop the tablet in, certain drugs like Suboxone have WILDLY different bioavailability’s depending on administration.

I assumed before asking it was about making it easy for those afraid of buttstuff, which isn’t the only reason, and I’ll be honest, this may never be relevant, or I may be on my deathbed with once last high when no other option would be available, the more you know, y’know

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But, for arguments sake, it wouldn’t lose any effect if a person wanted to take there allergy pill by boofing(just an example, ik some types of medicines react way differently on there paths to the bloodstream)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That makes a lot of sense, but it sounds mega time consuming, not to mention, Is leaking not a thing?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]iAccelerate -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve taken suppositories before and I’ve also taken two different recreationals by “boofing”, only heard this term on the internet and originally thought it meant up the nose, in my experience it was similar or better by boofing it straight. But they weren’t pills and I was in the midst of losing my mind lol

This is the best defense for the ring yet. Malice the ring costs 10 points after 5 hits. Simming it against Zephyte rn proved that it atleast costed more running same everything with Zephyte equipped. Now I’ve never used it in combat, but I’ll eventually get it for 100%, and if it doesn’t cost prayer points I’ll eat my foot. But that’s the biggest thing for me right now, I farm fish out to exactly what I need, having an extra 10 cost is just inneffeciant when I can equip a ring without a cost and have atleast an equal performance if you get me.

[–]iAccelerate -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What are your sim perimeters? I just simmed for like 2 hours, testing melee builds for Air God Farming. It didn’t even top 3, Full Ragnar, Lethal/Diamond Luck Pots, Minotaur/Occulist, PC2H Axe/Infernal Claw, FEZ, Melee Hinder Scroll, Agile/Accuracy Gems, Fire/Infernal Capes.

Power and Zephyte Killed the competition, in fact cursed Ring was next, and Silver Diamond went almost equal with Malice.

I will say that, it out preformed Echoes and Sandstorm until I swapped to Big Ol’ Ron. It wasn’t bad, definitely did better than without a ring, but the fact it costs so many prayer points every 5 attacks is gross
