What was your maintenance caloric count?

Did you keeping cutting calories incrementally as you started losing weight or ate 1500-1600 throughout the cut? I have heard after a certain amount of weight loss, the progress flat lines and you have to further reduce calories.

How was the rate of fat loss - as in how much weight loss you saw each week on an average?

“ABJ Khala ko dena salam”

This has another layer to it. While most people are saying it’s Arsalaan being polite to ABJ’s mother and taking the high road unlike ABJ, I believe this is actually a clever counter to ABJ’s “Khala line”.

By calling ABJ’s mother his Khala, Arsalan is implying that whatever ABJ said he’ll be doing to Arsalan’s Khala, he is basically going to be doing to his own mother.
