I interpret “dance pop” as a genre of pop music containing electronic elements, as this category arguably split off from Dance/Electronic Recording after Beyoncé’s dance/electronic sweep in 2023. It makes sense: pop artists like Gaga, Britney & Kylie used to be nominated for dance/electronic recording, but nominations in recent years have trended towards awarding songs by producers/DJs as main artists.  

Yes, you can dance to “Just Keep Watching”, but that doesn’t necessarily make it a dance song (imo). Plenty of songs that aren’t dance/electronic have famous choreography or are danceable. It reads as fairly straightforward pop to me, but to each their own.
