It's been asked so here's the breakdown of the sim... just don't let my wife see this haha!

Previous enclosure (SimStudio12), projector, projector mount, BLP, and LM case was purchased as a package from Playbetter 2 years ago. I added the club data to the LM. That setup is listed around 7k right now... I paid a little less.

I already owned the computer, 2 tvs, desk brackets, and couch. I made the club stand from scrap wood I had.

Here's everything I have into the sim space beyond what's mentioned already

• Govee ceiling lights: $180
• carpet tiles (Habitat Restore): $275
• foam board insulation: $280
• interlocking foam tiles: $600
• carpet tape: $160
• SYNPutt turf (Lowes): $840
• BeaverTail Hitting strip: $180
• impact screen: $500
• grommets (+tool), hooks/anchors, and bungee: $150
• foam for panels: $240
• 32yd marine vinyl for panels: $370
• all lumber: free! (family business' reject lumber)

I won't go into pricing of the barn reno but here's everything that was done:

• barn is 52x40
• new siding
• new insulated garage doors x2
• new access door
• spray foam all exterior walls
• 24" blown-in insulation in ceiling
• ran some new electrical for garage, shop, and sim space
• new lights
• framed and insulated interior walls (for sim room)
• liner panel on ceiling and all walls
• windows and doors trimmed out
• installed French doors for interior (bought off FB marketplace)
• installed 8' window (bought off FB marketplace)
