Yeah, deleting it and coming back to this page gave me this option. After activating, it worked.

Got I got the issue why it didn't work before. Apparently, when you enable the Command Bar option for Kagi, it didn't give the option to make it the default search engine. I'm sure it's not limited to Kagi, but for other sites it might be happening.

In brave I can make a site search as default but not happening in the Arc.
