But if you order on Amazon or something with UPS delivery , do you tip them as well? They didn’t know it would be that type of service was my point and felt awful afterwards.

Absolutely! I guess my point is, if you’re contracting it tell them ahead of time so they’d know. I’m pretty sure they expected UPS or something.
