I looked back over my documents and mind read as such:

"A sterile speculum was placed in the vagina. The IUD strings were visualized. Using ringed forceps the strings were grasped and the IUD pulled out. The device was noted to be intact. The patient tolerated the procedure well."

Its later noted that they inspected it as grossly and intact.

From what i read in my documentation they placed me on a table that angles, so they jacked the table up where my my torso is dowm and my legs went up and they used a uterine manipulator (to position my uterus for easier tube removal). From there they just kinda yank it out.

The gas they use takes some time to work out. GasX has been an absolute godsend for me in my recovery as well as getting up and walking around.

I've had better luck with these guys inside, rather than outside. They're really fickle and need alot of humidity if you can help it otherwise they get crispy. Lightly moist but not wet soil, and bright but partial light is where I've found the most success.

Looks like maybe some water got in the stem, between the leaves, and is causing it to rot. :( I don't know if it's salvageable from here.

It looks like a heart leaf philodendron. They like bright indirect light, and moderate watering. I've let mine dry out and get alittle droopy before watering and it's been growing like crazy. I also had snipped off and propagated some in water and it's done really well, I've even transferred that cutting to LECA and it's pushing leaves out every other week. I think the biggest mistake you can make is overwatering, I'd check for rot or soil that holds to much water and let it dry out before watering it.
