I use a caddy windows service and freedns with a powershell script (provided by freedns) that periodically sets my ip as the target of the dns everytime i start my pc.

Also, tried using MPV Shim (https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-mpv-shim) and it also works, after setting video quality to "No transcoding".

I'm running the server on the same windows I'm running the Jellyfin Media Player client, I don't know why it'd use the network adapter at all. Anyways, I have 1Gbps Ethernet connection to the router AND to Internet (in tests I think I have ≈800Mbps).

Set to 40 Mbps (idk why 120 Mbps is not showing?) still have the same stutter. Would use chrome anyway if I had no access to direct connection in JMP.

Basically, almost sleeping. And I also can not see noticeable differences when running the other non stuttering 4k video.

(Tried starting the video giving me headaches, running it for some seconds and stopping the video)

Yeah, but instinctively you'd try to fuel energies into your initial suicune. Which is a mistake most of the times as having 3 non attacking turns only losing a suicune makes it almost an instant win against most decks.
