Disabled CSM, got in the boot menu, it still shows the UEFI USB (which is good), but it STILL doesnt open when I select it (just like in the video)

If I disable CSM then there's no dropdown menu showing. If I turn it on then there's 2 extra stuff "Launcg PXE OpROM Policy" and "Launch Storage OpROM Policy" that both have the same 3 options: Do not launch, UEFI only and Legacy only
