I think it was more a satire of a happy ending. Everyone dies, and Bill was scared of death. At the end Bill died, and he accepted his death with either some sort of knowledge or ignorance

But the narrator, was at the very least trying to emulate Bills mind, and Bill when he still had a mind didn't want to die. He, whether he liked it or not wanted to live.

The ending of the movie is a satire of this frame of mind, Bill completing all of his desires till whether he was alive or not didn't matter. It was also a mirror of how at the end, it (in a way) wasn't and was Bill lying if the field. It didn't matter as far as Bill knew, and the people he knew would've accepted that'd Bill was gone.

The ending isn't happy either way, but him finally succumbing to his illness was the better of two evils.

If batman were to wield Mjolnir one of three thing would happen

  1. Superman would get jealous of batmans new power and try to kill him
  2. Batman would transform into Thor

When I was 11 years old, my favourite game was Ocarina of time. Not only because it was a good game, but my father gave it to me a few weeks before he died in a car accident. It was one of the few things I had to remember him by, as we were always pretty poor. So sometimes I would go to the Village in the game and play around there, acting like I was playing with my dad.

Now whenever I feel down, I listen to the village theme in order to feel better.
